How to grow your network marketing team

Being part of a network marketing team is really exciting and can be a lot of fun! If you are already a leader of a great group and are looking to add some more personality and talent, consider these tips.

Help Leads Become Part of Your Team

Sometimes it might feel hard to convert a lead into an actual team member. There are ways to make this task a lot easier than it seems. When speaking to a new prospect, ask questions and listen to their answers. Stop talking! You will gain their trust by listening more than you speak. Be truly engaged. Make a solid and personal connection. This goes a long way. You can ruin everything by jumping in with, “so are you ready to join us?” People can be turned off if you seem too pushy. When you speak to your team (or prospective team members), make sure they can see the value in what you present.

Have A Plan

People are interested in following others who have a plan. Share your vision of the future and how you are going to get there. When you are confident, others will trust you as a leader.

Stay Positive and Uplifting

Support your team in any way that you can. Creating a healthy team culture is essential for your continued success. Be the kind of team leader who wishes success for everyone. Celebrate their accomplishments! Give them feedback and advice when they need it. Help them to see and reach their own potential. Being a cheerleader can go a long way and you will be appreciated for it!
